Curious about the science behind madi™? Check out our FAQs for answers to your burning questions!
madi can handle any experimental data as long as it lists the sequence of the protein and the result of the measured property (Which can be a number or a binary result like yes or no).
Additional protein information (like their PDB structure) can be inputted to the platform as madi™ also considers structural data when making their inferences.
The data can be uploaded in csv or xlsx format.
To build a fully custom model, it is recommended to have experimental data points to achieve an accurate custom model.
Proprietary and personal data entered into the platform remains protected and can be solely used by that particular organization/team.
Also, learnings and custom models built using the user’s experimental data remain within the user’s account and are not available to any other user or company.
